No, but it's worth knowing that all albino animals are more sensitive to sunlight than their regularly coloured relations, so it's best to keep it out of the sun.

The main difference in the care of a regular gecko and an albino gecko is light. Albino geckos are very light sensitive, (especially in their first few months). Other than the light sensitivity, you would care for an albino gecko pretty much the same as a regular one. Feed and water regularly!

You can take care of your albino leopard gecko the same as any regular gecko. However, because it's albino, don't let it get too much sunlight!

No, you shouldn't. Just because it is an albino gecko does not mean you need to treat differently. Just be careful.

Albinos of all animal species tend to have weaker immune systems, and also suffer from eyesight problems. Supply your albino gecko with sufficient shade to protect his eyes from bright lamps and check him frequently for irregular behavior.

You can take care of them basically the same. Albinos can not be in the sun and need to be in a shaded area. They also have a more likely chance of having eyesight problems so make sure to keep them away from any lamps that may bother their eyes.
