Should I get acrylic or gel nails?

Acrylic nails are the way to go if you are looking for nails that will provide extra strength, durability and shine. Acrylic nails tend to cost less as well.

In my opinion, you should get gel nails. Gel nails are less damaging to the natural nail, I has a strong base coat and a clear natural shine that looks very nice. In addition, they are very similar to natural nails, yet stronger, and last for a very long time.

Acrylic and gel nails are basically the same. Gel nails are better if you work in an environment that chips the paint easily. With gel nails, the paint and/or design is applied to your nail and then a protective gel coating is painted over the color. This coat is set under a UV lamp and protects the color or design.

These nails are actually not that different other than in how they are applied to one's nails. If you are going for a clearer look, then go with the gel, but if you are going to paint them, go with acrylic because they are stronger.

These two are very similar. The acrylics are harder and more difficult to remove but the gel nails look more realistic.

I would go with the gel nails because they are more flexible and you won't constantly be thinking about ruining your manicure.

Gel nails do less damge to your finger nails, but can be more expensive. Acrylic nals are more abrasive and less costly. The choice is yours.

I would say you should get acrylic nails,because they look more natural. They are thinner.It hurts to get gel nails, its getting very hot.
