This is really a personal question. Somethings to remember are, how will it affect your life and how will it affect your appearance. Then evaluate if you should do it.

It's up to you and the specific kind of cyst. If it won't go away on its own, a scar may be better than a bump.

A facial cyst should be removed if it is a bother to the individual, either because of aesthetics or if it is causing symptoms such as pain, which is rare. When considering the removal of a cyst, the location and residual scar should be kept in mind when deciding whether to retain or remove it.

Even if it leaves a scar it is better to get the facial cyst removed because it looks ugly. Scars will slowly fade away with time.
