Pregnancy is complex phase a woman goes through. Vomiting is a way through which stomach indicates some infection or an allergy. This at 34-week of pregnancy, of coarse raises concern, but should not be taken too seriously. Remember when you puked or after eating what. Consult a doctor and rule out any allergy or infection.

No. Some women have "morining sickness" thoughout their pregnancy. You shouldnt be concerned unless you are throwing up on a regular basis.

Vomiting could be a result of sensitivity to certain foods, or inherited allergies from the baby. It could also be the result of a hormonal change in your body as it gets ready to deliver the baby. See a doctor if the vomiting continues for several days if you like.

I would mention it to my doctor if the vomiting continues for more than a day, you could become dehydrated and this could cause preterm labor.
