My RCA Pearl says "memory full." What can I do?

No need to panic here. Link your pearl to your pc. Go to "my computer" and find the your Pearl. All of your Pearl files should be there. Delete any files that you no longer want just like you would any other files you would want to get rid of.

Take some of the music out. That's the only solution to this other than getting a replacement with more memory in it. Unless you have something other than music on the device, there is no way of keeping all of the music on it.

First I would try to remove the batterie to make a complete reset. If this does not helps try the reset tool that you can download from the RCA page.
