My one-week old kitten cries a lot, all the time! Is that normal?

It would depend. Some kittens are very "talkative" and like to communicate with their crying. But before I thought that, I would take my kitten to the vet for a complete examination. You will want to make sure there's not a physical reason for the kitten crying. Your kitten could be in pain or just not feel well.

A one-week old kitten belongs with its mother. If it's not with its mother, it will cry non-stop. It will likely die as well. Return it to its mother or contact the veterinarian to learn how to best care for the poor thing.

Yes. Kittens cry a lot especially when they are separated from their mother. They also cry for others reasons too. They will cry when they are hungry and they cry to communicate with their mother because they cannot see their mothers until their eyes open. If you think your kitten is sick please take her to the Vet.
