It is full of algae. Buy an anti-algae solution at your nearest pet store. To prevent easy algae growth in your tank, keep it away from sunlight.

Your fish tank is green you can fix this problem by a very inexpensive way empty out over 75% of your water and adding new water. This should clear up the algae problem you are having.
