If your cat is a house kitten then no you should not leave them there. Otherwise, if this is a usually outside cat than there is not reason you need to bring those kittens inside. The mother will take care of them.

I don't suggest leaving her there, she is at risk of predators. I would bring the mom cat and kittens out of there into your house. This mother cat seems to need privacy. Prepare an upside down cardboard box with a towel in a quiet corner of your house. Within your cat's comfort level, start handling the kittens.

You should put a box on the porch with a warm blanket in there. And make sure the mother cat knows where her babies are. If you want you can move them in the house but make sure you show mama cat where they went.

Don't worry! with in a few days the cat pick each one of her kittens from that place and put it in different places. Don't bother about the kittens. Anyway after one week they will pack from the porch. It will take one week to open the kitten's eyes. That is the problem to take time to leave there
