Take your cat to the vet if it appears sick, feverish, or no appetite, as this may be linked to a serious condition such as pneumonia. If any more fluid exists it may have to be removed from the cat. Sometimes cat problems are hard to diagnose at first and if not taken care of quickly, it can be fatal.

You should take your cat to the vet. If your cat is aspirating fluid, it means that for some reason fluid is coming up from her stomach, which isn't good.

Use a human immune support liquid called Silver Biotic. We used it when we found a two week old kitten on 4th of July weekend. It had drainage coming from it's eyes. Within two days it was gone after giving it less than a cap full a day. It can be found in most drug stores.

Your cat may have symptoms of pneumonia. If there is an accumulation of fluid in it's chest, this could cause upper respiratory disease or immune deficiency. See your veterinarian.
