Is there such a thing as a spider/grasshopper hybrid?

Absolutely not. Grasshoppers are insects and spiders are arachnids. Either group is not inter-breedable. Perhaps shared morphology would explain the question, but the science is not there.

No. Spiders and grasshoppers are not able to procreate. What you are probably referring to is a jumping spider which can leap a fairly good distance.
