No jail is truly luxurious. Some are less awful (and safer) than others, but even the best are very unpleasant.

No, there is not such thing as a luxurious jail because all jails are the same. To treat one criminal better than another in an institution would be unconstitutional.

I suppose its all relative. Some are more pleasant than others, allowing more comforts to be kept. I doubt any are better than home though.
