Is there such a thing as a European mapquest or similar service?

Several services offer driving maps across Europe. Google Maps is the most common, and operates across all countries in Europe. Additionally, Via Michelin offer European maps, but also recommend where you can find good restaurants on your driving route. For that reason it's my first choice when driving across Europe

does have an international section. In this section, a user can find directions in any European country. You can also find directions in a variety of languages. You may also want to invest in a GPS device, which can be a handy, audible reference in the car if you are lost.

You can now get directions in Europe on the Mapquest homepage, which has expanded from strictly U.S maps to global. So, in short, the european version of Mapquest is still just Mapquest. However, when driving on those European roads, it's recommended to get acclimated before driving, if you're used to driving on the right side of the road.

Google Maps has very good maps for many parts of the world including the US, Canada, Mexico, UK, and Europe.
