When you are driving a motor vehicle and come to an on or off ramp to a highway you are required to yield. In order to perform this maneuver properly you should check your mirrors as well as physically turn to confirm there are no obstructions in your blind spot. Continue accelerating and ease yourself into the flow of traffic.

Yes. You must first slow your vehicle to a minimal speed, and observe every possible direction that a vehicle or pedestrian may be coming from. You also need to check behind you to be certain that the vehicle, if there is one, is also slowing down. If you do not check, the person behind you may collide with you inadvertantly.

I do believe there is a correct way to yield. In most cases you would yield to the right of way of traffic. This means that you would slow down and let the oncoming traffic proceed before you get move forward.

Driving is a job, which involves lot of responsibility. First thing, you should not drive"unless U have a Driving Licence". if uun are under learner's licence, someone who is with the full Licence, should sit next to u. there are rules and regulations how to drive and where to drive at what speed? Where u have to give the horn etc.
