Yes Pumkinhead is considered to be a horror/suspense movie. It's about a man who calls upon the powers of a vengeful demon to avenge the accidental death of his son.

Yes it is. It was made in early 90's I think. It's along the same lines as Hellraiser and Pet Cemetary.
