Is the Neary Drum Torque worth the money?

If you do have the money to spend and you want a very nice and great quality drum set torque I would very much reccomend a Neary brand because they are the best of the best.

If you cannot tune the drum with a normal wrench the answer would be yes. A simple tutorial on drum tuning could easily save you thirty dollars though. A normal drum key is about two dollars. It is super easy to tune drums correctly too. Many videos to this effect are on you tube.
