No, the Million Mom March is not an annual event. It was a one-time march held in Washington, DC on Mother's Day in 2000. The march was designed to promote stricter gun control laws and was attended by approximately 750,000 individuals. There are no current plans to stage it again.

To the public at large, the Million Mom March was only held once. If it is held annually most people don't know about it. And you would think something like that would warrent more PR. But, far as I know, it was only done that once and that was it.
