Is the KitchenAid KICAOWH a good investment?

I can buy an ice cream maker for about the same price.

The KitchenAid KICA0WH is a much better investment than an ice cream maker. The quality of the machinery (professional-grade stand mixer vs. cheaply made one-trick appliance) is night and day, and the KICA0WH is a great space saver too, since you already own the the motor for the machine--the mixer.

I have used a Krups ice cream maker for years and it has never failed me, the only reason I would switch ice cream makers is if it was bigger.

When shopping for kitchen gadgets keep the KitchenAid KICCAOWH off your list. It is more practical to buy from your local grocer. Want it fresh, go to the dairy farm.

That depends on if you are an avid ice cream maker. I believe it is a good investment if you plan on making ice cream often.

If you enjoy the great taste of home made ice cream the Kicaowh appliance can be used with other appliances saving money and trips to the supermarket.
