The Fuji FinePix 2650 is a great choice for the price! Although it is reportedly a little slow when capturing images, it is perfect for day to day use.

The FujiFilm FinePix 2650 is a rather dated camera.. but if she's not considering going into professional photography, it is a rather simple and logical choice. Very good choice for those that are Novice with digital photography, and because it is a few years old it won't cost an arm and a leg.
