Is the DLC 7 Pro a good model for a professional?

This is a good product for people needing to process large amounts of food. I haven't had any issues with mine but, I do know some of my friends have had some problems with theirs. Some of the people I know have had problems with the part that holds the food breaking becuase, it isn't strong enough.

We have used the DLC 7 Pro to cater a number of weddings. It gets the job done and doesn't hog the space the typical commercial food processor would.
