Is the American Spirit cigarette really natural?

In a way they are additive free, and made from organic tobacco. However you're still inhaling smoke into your lungs, so what would be natural about that. It state on their site that no additives does not make a safer cigarette. Nicotine naturally occurs in tobacco plants so these cigarettes still have nicotine.

No, any type of cigarette is unhealthy despite the ingredients it is supposedly made of. Cigarettes can cause many health problems including emphysema, cancer and heart disease. The smoking habit is also unhealthy for those who are around the smoker due to second hand smoke. Just do not smoke anything.

No, the American Spirit cigarette is not at all natural. It is man made and requires buying additional filters for. Although better for your health than smoking the real thing it can be rather costly having to buy extra filters all the time. This Spirit cigarette also does contain nicotine.

yes they are but they are also extremely strong and I think a little bit more expensive than normal cigarettes
