It is still available but perhaps not everywhere. If your set is old, chances are that set is not made any more and you may have trouble finding it.

No. Spode Dinnerware merged with Royal Worcester in 2006 and then the merged company went bankrupt less than two years later. The leftovers from this (the brand names, pattern rights, dish stock) were purchased by Portmeirion, one of Spode's formal rivals. It's pretty unlikely that you'll be finding new Spode items at this point. Try searching for used pieces.

You can find Spode dinnerware online. It really depends on the style you were given by your grandmother, but you can purchase pieces seperately.

Spode dinnerware can still be purchased from collectors and specialist plate matching services which keep a stock of discontinued items which they sell to collectors and people who are missing the odd plate from their set.
