A shopper should never pay to perform a shop. Shadow Shopper is legit and is a time saver but all the information they provide can be obtained for free. They also renew your subscription often without approval or notice. Look on boards for all the free information and save your money.

If a web site is asking for you to sign up to do shopping They are more than likely scams. Check with Better Business Bureau to see their rating.
