Percocet contains Oxycodone and Acetaminophen. Oxycodone is a narcotic analgesic (pain reliever) used to treat moderate to moderately severe pain. Acetaminophen is non-narcotic and less potent. It acts to increase the effectiveness of the Oxycodone. Studies have shown that Percocet does not become habit forming over time. However, Acetaminophen can cause unwanted side effects (stomach ulcers) with long term use.

No but most of the time the two drugs are used together. But both of these are very habit forming and it doesn't take them long sometimes you will only need to take them for 24 to 48 hours to start thinking you like the effects and become habitual to them.

The simple answer is Yes. Oxycodone is the primary pain killing ingredient. Generally, it's 5mg Oxycodone with 325mg Acetaminophen. Oxycodone (generic form of Oxycontin) can be extremely habit forming if misused or overused. In some people, there is a natural susceptability to addiction to the drug, and therefore should work closely with thier doctor.

Percocet contains oxycodone and acetaminophen. It can be substantially habit-forming, so you should only use the medication under the direction of a physician, not exceeding the maximum recommended dose.

If I am not mistaken, I believe Oxycodone and Percocet are the same thing. This is definitely an addicting drug. These drug are sought by people with addictive disorders and drug abusers. If prescribed by a doctor and taken properly this drug will not become habit forming. If abused, of course, it can be habit forming.
