Is Lincoln's head on every penny?

The Lincoln's head is the only one design for an American penny. It was adopted in 1909. But there are other places like Europe, have their own versions.

For an American penny, there is only one design, that of Lincoln's head. There are different types of money however, and places such as Mexico and Europe have their own version of each item, including the penny. There is also the 'Wheat' penny and the 'Centennial' penny.
