They claim to be safe, but I just tested it, and it doesn't seem very safe. You can easily type vulgar things and other things of THAT nature without being detected.
no it is not because, i feel no kid should be in a chat room for kids. There are probably pedophiles and god knows how many other pirvarts tryign to find young kids.
