Online stores like eBay or Amazon are secure. I use them very often and I never had problems. The advantages of online stores are the price, that you can watch a wide varity of products and that you save time. If you use only the big shops like eBay or Amazon you're wise.

Yes it is. You have to choose where you buy your products. It is safer to buy from a known internet site.
