food  safety

Question by  freejosh (26)

Is it safe to eat lasagna that was left out over night?

Answer by  Anonymous

Helllls no. It's not the bacteria in the lasagna that will certainly harm you it's the toxins they release which are impossible to get rid of even with proper heating. Never eat anything that's been left out overnight or you risk getting seriously ill.

No. I would advise against it. If your food is left out for long periods of time without properly being chilled it can start to grow bacteria. These bacteria can be harmful and cause food poisioning.

It depends on whether or not the lasagna has meat in it. If you used ground beef or sausage in it then no, it is not safe.

I would not eat it, especially if it is made with meat. Meat spoils quickly at room temperature. Better be safe and dispose of it.

No, it is not. The meat in the lasagna must either be kept hot enough to kill germs or cold enough to prevent its growth. Room temp overnight is dangerous.
