Yes it is very possible. If the female who has a yeast infection has sex with an unprotected male the yeast will travel up the urethral canal and end up in the prostate. May not necessary make him sick right away but may cause problems later in life.

This is especially true if the male has low, weakened, undeveloped immunity, is under steroidal or antibiotics treatment and has metabolic illnesses such as diabetes.
