Yes, it is possible to have white pitbulls. They do exist, and some of them in fact are considered albinos. They require lots of care. You must be sure to protect their skin from too much sunlight as they are easily sunburned.

That all depends on the genetic make up you will know right away if it is albino because if it is it's eyes will be red.
