Yes, it IS possible, but not easy. There are contests and giveaways that you can enter online (or at the park) that render you eligible for free tickets if you win. The only other way I know of is to actually work there. You get free passes every month for yourself and a few others.

Yes. Disneyland and Disneyworld are currently running a promotion where people can get free tickets by doing a day's worth of charity at an organization that Disney sponsors. Sign up for the program in advance at any time in 2010 to qualify.
