Is it possible that someone could break their teeth in a car accident but not have any sign of injury to the mouth, lips, face?

It would depend on the extent and location of the broken teeth. If it is just a chip off the the front ones then yes it is possible.

It is possible but normally you are going to see some kind of other evidence. We I had my car accident and broke my teeth. I had cuts and bruises all over my face.I would think that at the least that there would be some swelling. It really depends on the accident.
