If the blister is from a freezing procedure on the wart, it will resolve on its own. If it does pop, clean the area and avoid contact with the fluid.

No you should never pop anything that has blistered because anytime you have something that blisters and you pop it you left an open wound and that leaves you body open to infection. And for some reason popping a blister seems to get infected much more quickly and more severe than other things do.

It should be fine, if some care is taken to avoid spreading of any fluid, particles to nearby areas. So content the area while poping off blistered warts.

If it is a regular blister you can pop it then keep it covered if it is a blood blister on the wart then do not pop it they are fed by your blood and you will need medical treatment if you pop one with a blood blister because the blood in them does not clot.
