If you have a planters wart the absolute best way to get it treated would be to visit a doctor, preferably a dermatologist who is trained in skin conditions such as this. They will decide what is the best option to remove the planters wart. It is possible that multiple treatments are necessary.

Surgical removal from a podiatrist is the best option since its less likely the wart will return. Over the counter treatments can work and releive some of your discomfort. Unless the wart is removed at the root they usually come back.

The two best methods are: using salicylic acid over time, which can be purchased and applied daily, or "freezing" with liquid nitrogen, performed in one session by a doctor.

Cold, they have some DR. Shouls wart removing that works fantastic, you just put it on the wart and it'll be gone same day. These types of health treatments are ambiguous at best, you should consult a physician before doing anything to "official" icy-hot pads are great, and fluids do as much as-the stereotype.

The best and most natural way to treat a planters wart is to let the infected area soak in warm water for about 5 minutes. Wash the area with a mild soap and rince. Cut open an aloe vera leaf and apply it to area. Leave on area overnight.
