Is it normal to still be bleeding six weeks after delivering?

I am too tired to go back to the hospital.

Following delivery, bleeding normally lasts around six weeks. This is an average and your experience may be different. The expected "normal" timeframe can be from four to eight weeks. If you are truly concerned, call your ob/gyn and talk with a nurse about your concerns.

Yes it is normal to bleed longer then six weeks after delivering a baby. Some people bleed for 8 to 10 weeks. you can also go straight to your period.
