I would like to know if goodwill is a non profit.

Goodwill Industries is a non-profit organization, and all donations are tax deductible. There may be other charities with "goodwill" or "good will" in the name, but "Goodwill Industries" has the distinctive blue logo.

In a nonprofit brands study from June of 2009, Goodwill Industries rounded out the Top Five List for non profits in America.
