Is Directv worth it?

Yes, Directv has plenty of premium channels that are almost exclusive to their service. Also, they have original programming that other satelite and cable services do not. They also have a service where you can watch almost any sports broadcast by subscribing to a special service. Directv also has many price packaging options to cater to different price ranges.

It is worth it if they are offering you something that no one else can offer you and you really want it. For instance, if you really wanted the NFL ticket to watch every NFL game every sunday, and this is the only service that offers it, then it is worth it, if not, then it is too expensive.

Personally, I would say that I think DirecTV is worth any additional costs. Since getting DirecTV for my home, I have had a much better television experience.

Well, Direct TV is most cases is definitely worth it if you can afford it. It does out beat its competitors with its quality but it is a bit expensive.

Directv receives great reviews. It is commonly known at Americas #1 provider for a reason. Directv not only sets the standards, but also leads the industry in satellite television. Prices must be researched though.

No, I don't think direct-tv is worth it. With satelite tv you lose signal alot. In my opinion you're better off with digital cable. I have Time Warner Cable and I'm happy with it.
