While I don't believe there is anything near Aruba at the moment if you are nervous about a hurricane while you are there check the weather channel before you leave. If there is a chance of one they will say so.

Aruba, located in the south Caribbean, is occasionally impacted by hurricane weather. The last hurricane was in 2007. Tropical storms are more likely, but still rare. Enjoy your trip.

Aruba is pretty far south for hurricanes - only 3 hurricanes have impacted Aruba since 1995, and they only caused minor flooding damage.

Yes, Aruba can experience hurricanes. If you are on vacation, you should pay attention to the storm activity in the tropical Atlantic, as a storm can become a hurricane within several days. Your chief danger is having to cancel your vacation, or part of it, so buy vacation insurance.
