Luteal phase between ten and sixteen days is considered to be normal. Still, luteal phases of less than twelve days might make getting pregnant more difficult.

No not generally. If you still have normal signs of ovulation and menstration there should not be any problems. The luteal phase is not the same for everyone.

The luteal phase is generally 10-16 days. 14 days is the average, but 11 days falls within the "typical" range.

Not it is not. The average Luteal Phase lasts from between 12-16 days long. So one day short isn't something to get overly concerned about. If your luteal phase is drastically shorter or drastically longer than the average then it's a good idea to at least ask your doctor about why that is happening.
