In Microsoft Access, how do I export query results?

Open Access, then open the file you want. From "Tools" run the query. Then when the results are hit CTRL - X to export. Select the destination and hit OK.

Use the same Tools menu used to create the query to export into another program. You must save the query with a new name and right click for "send" options.

The easiest way to export an query is to create a view and export this view afterwards. You can begin with CREATE VIEW... >SQL-Query
