Watson 348 is 5. 5 mg hydrocodone, and 500 mg acetaminophen. It is the generic for vicodin or Lortab. It contains the equivalent of 2 tylenol tablets (acetaminophen), and the relatively smaller dose of 5mg codeine in the form of hydrocodone. There are stronger strengths available, and the pill is a white oval.

The white pill "Watson 349", assuming it is "genuine" and comes from Watson Pharmaceuticals, is the generic forthe regular strength analgesic "Vicodin". Vicodin, (and thus this generic), in this strength, contains 5 mg of hydrocodone (the powerful opioid analgesic) combined with 500 mg acetaminophen (Tylenol), designed for optimal analgesic effect.

Watson 349 is 500 MG acetaminophen and 5 MG hydrocodone bitartrate. This medication is used for treatment of moderate to moderately severe pain. This medication works a lot like vicodin. Take as directed. Common side effects include dizziness, nausea, sedation, vomiting, constipation and light-headedness. Can be habit forming if abused.
