I feel light-headed when I get up from bending over. What's wrong?

This is actually a fairly common occurrence and nothing is wrong. When you are bent over, blood rushes to your head and fills the vessels there, then when you get up, the blood rushes out of your head causing a sensation of light headedness and dizziness.

Maybe your moving too fast. Maybe you have a case of vertigo, in which case you should see your doctor so he can run tests. Stop bending over for a while, until you see a doctor.

You feel light-headed after bending is due to concentrating on one thing. The other way you feel light-headed is when you travel in sunlight and returns to shade.
