It should drop any time now. Normally the baby will drop a week or two before the baby is born. Once you feel it drop you should start taking precautions to prepare for the baby's arrival.

Every pregnancy is different and every baby is different, it is hard to tell when one person will drop or her body will start to prepare for delivery. Your doctor may be able to give you a time line but there is no way to give you an exact date.

You are only 36 weeks pregnant wait for a week or so and soon you will deliver, usually the baby appears a week before the due date,or normally close to it. When the signs of discomfort, uneasiness appear means your baby is on its way. When you have stomach ache means you are ready for contractions.

It is impossible to know for sure when your baby will drop. Some babies don't drop until labor has started. My first never really dropped until about a week before she was born, and she was a week late. My second dropped around 36 weeks. Either way, it is normal.
