We'll know when Jesus is coming back by the warning signs listed in the book of Revelation. All Christians will hear a trumpet sound and will be taken to heaven.
'But of that day and hour no one knows, no, not even the angels of heaven, but My Father only…. Therefore you also be ready, for the Son of Man is coming at an hour when you do not expect Him' (Matthew 24:36,44).
