Did you find off white rubbery ovals, that are being burried in the sand? Or at least hidden from view
then you might have a turtle who is trying to lay eggs. That doesn't mean they will hatch.
You will see the eggs coming out, and they sometimes get buried in the rocks and things. Unfortunately, box turtle eggs have a high mortality rate, just to warn you!
