Often signs of your period starting are the same as pregnancy. Sore breast, being tired and cramping in the abdomen. In addition you may have headaches, a feeling of being lethargic and even stomach issues.

Every woman is different and has different symptoms, but in general, many women feel tired and fatigued. Often times there is light abdominal cramping or bloating, your breasts will feel heavy and full. You may be irritable or easily frustrated. Some women even have headaches or pains in their thighs.

You may experience inexplicable moodiness a few days beforehand, as well as bloating, acne, stomach cramps and lower back pain. You will probably notice dark streaks, followed by heavier flow.

Irritability, oilier skin, unusual breakouts, tired, dull pains in the back. About two weeks prior most women notice a sharp pain in their side, consistent with ovulation.

It is completely different to every woman. When I start feeling the cramping all over my abdomen and lower back, bloated, & really moody that is when I know the visitor is coming. I sometimes have this oily face and get pimples. I also feel like I am tired all the time.
