Slice the apples very thin after removing the core (they should look like rings or half rings). Place them in the dehydrator and let them dry. That's it, you've got apple chips.
Peel a batch of fresh apples. Core the apples and then slice them thinly about 1/8th of an inch. Organize the slices in a uniform layer and follow the dehydrator timing directions.
Take your apples and wash them. After they dry get a peeler or knife and remove the skin. Then use your knife or an apple corer and remove the cores. Then slice the apples and place on the racks. Dehydrate until crispy.
