Oh my forget about buying cleaners. I'll give ya my recipe for cleaning mattresses. Have a clean soft cloth ready, sprinkle some dry laundry detergent on the stained area, scrub the stain until it is gone, vacuum the mattress and then blow dry out the wet. Works real good!

To clean spots you already have on your pillowtop use a small amount of hydrogen peroxide to bleach it out. Avoid getting on the skin or on sheets. It will take several applications but it works and is recommended by several mattress manufacturers. Air the mattress after for an hour.
