Check the Landlord-Tenant Laws in your state, then file in Small claims. You'll documentation of everything, including the lease, rent/deposit payments and proof of the calls made, etc.
Despite my repeated requests you have failed to return the security deposit within 45 days from my moving out. Please return the deposit immediately. Otherwise I shall take legal action.
