This weed eater should have a small screw for adjustment somewhere exposed from the casing. Usually they are around the primer if one is present. Simply try adjusting this screw in and out. This will change the gas to air ratio entering the engine.
Two cycle engines require little adjustment. If the engine is missing, choking, or hard to start, try cleanig air filter and checking spark plug. Purchase repair manuel for carb adjustment.
