A rabbit's teeth are pretty sharp. Their major function is to shave away at hard foods like carrots and the roots of various other plants. The teeth also make a great defense mechanism against predators, but they will more than likely use their hind legs to kick first before they try biting. Don't worry; most pet rabbits are very careful.

Rabbit teeth are very sharp and will remove a finger if provoked. Rabbits are generally well mannered just keep your fingers out of it's mouth.

They can be pretty sharp. Rabbits don't eat meat so they aren't as sharp as other animals teeth can be. However, if your rabbit was to bite down on your hand he could certainly pierce the skin.
